What is Sauntermore.us and what does it do?
Sauntermore.us is a 12-month class that teaches business professionals how to improve their relationships with themselves, their families, and their colleagues. The program is designed to empower participants with skills that help them navigate difficult and painful experiences.
It provides services to small businesses and nonprofits, specifically targeting executives, directors, managers, and entrepreneurs with chronic physical disabilities who are seeking community and companionship in navigating their personal and professional relationships. Sauntermore.us and its parent company E.I. Pro Consultants operate as a Limited Liability Company in Oklahoma

Who is the founder of Sauntermore.us?
The founder and lead consultant of Sauntermore.us is Dillon Hargrave, who has over a decade of experience managing start-up firms and small businesses, and a track record of effective project management. Dillon Hargrave has a diverse range of experience in business management, social justice, and education. He has a network of programmatic partnerships and supportive individuals to help him with this venture.

How does Sauntermore.us differ from other management consulting services?
Sauntermore.us is founded in anti-ableism and aims to confront the systems and policies that unjustly limit the leadership capacity of people with disabilities. Additionally, the program is designed to create a network of diversely embodied individuals who take their leadership journey together, which is unique in the management consulting industry.

How is disability defined by Sauntermore?

“While we are less concerned with technical definition of disability we are creating the environment where people living with a wide range of conditions can come together and empower one another as they seek to determine what the disability experience means to them based on their own specific experiences and life journey.” -Reverend Justin Hancock, Sauntermore Member

What should I expect if I join or sponsor a member to join Sauntermore.us?
If you or someone you sponsor joins Sauntermore, you or the sponsored individual will be joining a program that focuses on building companionship among people with disabilities and helping shape them into better leaders within their community. Sauntermore meetings are held monthly and facilitated by Dillon Hargrave, who prepares the curriculum and logistical details, and facilitates discussions. The program includes a 3-hour workshop/discussion each month on a featured topic related to leadership development, as well as 1-on-1 coaching sessions for members to focus on leadership development or the month’s featured topic.

The program also includes regular pulse surveys to monitor the success of the program and gather feedback from members. Each meeting starts with every member checking in on a simple 1 to 10 scale on where they are currently in the following categories: Personal, Professional, and Family. Then each member gives a suggestion for a subject they wish to discuss and elevate with the group. From the inception, members make a commitment to be as open and honest with one another as possible. The discussions continue to be enriching and uplifting for all members, and the program encourages finding new ways to challenge oneself on a daily basis outside of the group, focusing on a growth mindset, survival strategies, and honing the multitude of self.

If you sponsor someone to join Sauntermore, you will be helping them to develop their leadership skills, build connections with others in the disability community, and gain a unique perspective that can enrich their lives. As a member of Sauntermore, you can expect to receive guidance and support from Dillon Hargrave and the other members of the program, as well as opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What is the long-term goal of Sauntermore.us?
The long-term goal of Sauntermore.us is to lead a shift in the management consulting industry and build more accessible businesses globally, while earning $1B in revenue.

Why is Sauntermore.us a for profit business?
First, being a for-profit business allows Sauntermore to generate revenue from its services, which can help sustain the business over time and allow it to grow. This revenue can be used to invest in new services or expand the reach of existing ones.

Second, being a for-profit business can provide more flexibility in terms of financing and investment. For example, Sauntermore may be able to secure funding from investors who are interested in the potential financial returns of the business.

Third, Sauntermore is a for-profit business in order to have more control over its operations and direction. Non-profit organizations are subject to more regulations and oversight, which can limit their ability to make strategic decisions.
